Shipping policy
Please allow 1-5 business days shipping, after processing is complete. Allow 2-5 business days for processing. This gives us time to prepare your order with exceptional care and attention to detail. We will make our best effort to process orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping is unavailable to PO Boxes.
Chocolate and other Candy or Sweets Orders
Orders placed for Chocolate or certain candies or sweets prone to melting, please note, due to the delicate nature of certain products:
- States with warmer climates, shipping includes the cost to cover ice packs if needed and insulation, ensuring your items arrive in optimal condition.
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (no weekend shipments)

Soap Orders
Soap orders will be shipped separately if ordered with other non-soap items. This may require additional shipping costs, and your order will be adjusted for final pricing during processing. We will make every effort to ship products within the flat rate shipping cost and minimize any additional costs when possible.
Damaged items in shipping

For any damaged, missing, or melted products, we require photo proof. Without this, we are unable to provide replacements or refunds.

Free Shipping

Orders over $49.00 qualify for free shipping. The total must reach $49.00 (excluding taxes) or more for products shipped to a single location.
