Returns & Support
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. Personalized or engraved items are final sale unless damaged during shipping. Food products (eg: chocolates, biscotti, etc), cannot be returned for food safety reasons.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We’ll gladly assist with a replacement or refund if appropriate.
